Maintenance Hour Blocks
Hour blocks available: $45 = 1 hour block $120 = 3 hour block $210 = 6 hour block
NOC can handle all of the routine maintenance and updates for your website. This can be as simple as text changes, posting new content or articles, updating or adding images, small cosmetic changes like fonts or colors to more complex things like installing new plugins and functionality, updating or adding products, updating and maintaining WordPress to cleaning and fixing a site that has been compromised (see description below for more details). Website updates are billed and deducted from your hour blocks in 30 minute increments. It's best to bundle your updates together and have us do them all at one time, either daily, weekly, monthly or yearly depending on your needs.
You can purchase “hour” blocks as needed and use them as you go. You can also pre-purchase them so you have them available. They're there to use whenever you want and when you run out you can just purchase more. This is a good option to have in case of a website emergency or critical updates that weren't planned or if you know you will only need your site updated on a routine schedule (ex. you'll need 2 hours per week, etc.). Hours never expire but they are non-refundable. There are no contracts and you are never locked in to a set amount at any time. The more you purchase the more of a discount per hour you receive.
IMPORTANT: When purchasing hours, please enter the $ dollar amount in the box below NOT the amount of hours.

A note on WordPress: It does require occasional updates and is generally as easy as just clicking the “update” button. However there are times that an update can cause conflicts or issues with your website, your theme or plugins (what provides the features and bells/whistles on your website). Although this is rare, it can happen. When it does you can roll back your website to a time before the update if you have backups scheduled. If you don’t, this can be time consuming and costly to track down and fix. We recommend using a website backup plugin (which we can help you setup) if you’re not on one of our monthly plans. If you use your hour blocks to have us update WordPress and/or your plugins and you do not have a current backup of your website and database and an issue arises, we will notify you of the estimated time to track down and repair the issue prior to beginning the work.
